For the purposes of this policy, the OPTIMUS Group comprises the companies directly or indirectly controlled by Optimus Investments, S.L., as well as other associated companies under the control or coordination of the group that may participate in the processing of personal data depending on the relevant purpose.
Depending on the purpose of the processing, companies within the OPTIMUS Group may act as data controllers, joint controllers or data processors within the group under Articles 26 and 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The OPTIMUS Group currently includes, among others, the following companies (this list is provided for information only and may be updated without amending this policy): Optimus Capital, S.L., Optimus Investments, S.L., Aldea del Fresno 10, S.L., Serenia Alfa, S.L. and Serenia Fidelis, S.L.
The OPTIMUS Group also operates through various trade names, including Optimus Global Investors, Optimus Investments and Optimus Homes, which are not separate legal entities.
2. Purposes for which we process your data
The OPTIMUS Group will process personal data to manage its relationship with Users and, where applicable, to ensure the proper management of services provided through OPTIMUS systems.
Personal data provided through the Website or when contacting OPTIMUS by other means may be processed for the following purposes:
- Contact and management of enquiries: Maintaining contact between the parties, managing website users, providing customer service and handling requests submitted through the available channels.
- Commercial, promotional or advertising communications: Sending personalised information about activities, products, services, offers and promotions by post, telephone or electronic means (email, newsletter, SMS or other electronic media).
- Recruitment: Analysing a professional profile through a CV and information provided during interviews, group exercises or electronic communications.

The data processed comes from the information you provide through the Website or other contact channels, and from data generated during the relationship established with OPTIMUS.

3. Retention

OPTIMUS uses Insightly, Inc. as a processor of personal data in compliance with the GDPR.
The technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security of personal data have been adopted, although users should bear in mind that security on the Internet is not absolute.
